Home Studio: Part 2

This room is certainly a challenge.

Though, linking up with ORC has lit a fire within me, and is holding me accountable to finally create the home studio that I’ve needed for so long.

This week, I focused on display furnishings for the space, and landed on these gorgeous curved bookcases in a natural wood finish. As a home stylist, I need neutral open shelving to house home decor options when meeting with clients, and a pair of these bookcases flanking my front window did the trick.

I’m in awe of homeowners who completely revamp their ORC spaces in a short time, while also managing their personal and professional responsibilities - major props to those of you who are going for it! Though, for me this season, it’s just a matter of tweaking an already 80% finished space, so it comes to full completion.

Ironically, that’s what Home Becoming is all about: manageable home projects with purposeful, beautiful impact.
